what I will and won't draw

I'm comfortable drawing:
• Humans
• Anthros/Humanoids/Furries
• Robots
• Animals
• Fanart
• Dinosaurs, dragons, monsters, cryptids, etc.
• Gore (realistic, pastel, candy, all is ok)
• Suggestive art (to an extent, ask)I won't draw:
• Sexual nudity, genitalia
• Anything homophobic, transphobic, racist, pedophilic, zoophilic, ableist, etc.

my rights to my work

• Do not repost, trace or repurpose my artwork.
• Do not trace or repurpose my artwork even if you commissioned the piece.
• I own the copyright to my work.
• If, and only if, you have commissioned a piece from me - you may repost that specific piece to your social media account as long as my watermark is visible on the post. You may not post any pieces that weren't made specifically for you.
• Don't claim my artwork or designs as made by you.
• Commissions are for personal use only, unless specified otherwise.
• If a client wants to use their commission in commercial work, they must first come get written consent from me.
• Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissions as non fungible tokens or for AI purposes. Use of my work for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency or AI art is strictly prohibited.
• I will never sell/resell any of my work as non fungible tokens. If artwork I have created, regardless if commissioned or personal, is listed as non fungible tokens or is being resold for cryptocurrency, it is stolen. Please report any resales or reposts to me.
• I do not consent to my art being used for AI under any circumstances.

payment

• I accept payment via Paypal only (or direct bank transfers only if you're Finnish).
• I only accept EUR or USD.
• I ask for payment upfront!
• Small payment plans are ok for larger commissions.
• Listed commission prices are the base price, complexity may increase the price!
• Tips are accepted, and very appreciated!

refunds / changes

• If I have started work on your commission, I will only give a partial refund. The amount depends on how far along the commission is.
• I will not refund you if you break my ToS.
• I will not refund a completed commission.
• Small changes, such as missed markings or colour changes, are free!
• Bigger changes may cost extra.
